A contemporary lobby renovation. Highlights of the design include: Added a custom package closet, with leather face and custom door pulls. Reconfigured the front entrance and relocated the desk to allow for easier doorman access to the newly created package space. A wood trellis was added to create a well defined seating area. Custom millwork radiator covers to hide the oversized radiators.
